Fall Favorites

Since Fall is here, I thought I'd share some of my Fall faves...

1. Candles
One of my favorite things about Fall is getting out all my fall scented candles.  Scent is a very powerful thing and there's just something especially comforting about a good fall scent.  Those of you that have been to my house know I love candles.  My new favorite scent is Apple Pumpkin from Yankee Candle.  O-M-G!  It smells amazing!  I love it so much that I bought the plug in too.  It is equally as yummy, and I love the fact that it's not overpowering.

2. Boots
I've already posted about some of my fave booties (check them out here)
but I also love a good pair of cowboy boots for fall.  I just love the first cool day that I can pull out my boots, jeans, and throw on a nice cozy sweater.

3. Jeans
I am loving my new Levi's Jeans.  They are super cheap too!
They are the perfect every day jean, and I've already worn the heck out of them.

4. Sweaters
Who doesn't love a cute cozy sweater?  The fact that it's only $25 doesn't hurt either.
I had to add this one to my fall wardrobe.

5. Turtlenecks
I have always been a fan of the turtleneck and this year is no different.
I absolutely love this color.  It definitely says "fall!"

6. Seasonal flavored coffees
Nothing makes me happier than waking up with a hot cup of pumpkin spice coffee
on those chilly Fall mornings.
My 2 favorites...

Of course the Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks is always a special treat in the fall.

7. Pumpkin Bread
This chocolate chip version which I discovered this year is insane.

My tried and true favorite pumpkin bread  is from the UT Bakery on campus in Knoxville.
It never disappoints.

8. Fall Spice Tea
I discovered this last week and love it!
I have had a cup every day since I bought it.

And last but definitely not least...college football!
It wouldn't be Fall without it!

Go VOLS!

What are some of your Fall favorites?  I would love the hear them!

East TN Weekend

I am so proud of the Vols for an almost victory over #6 GA this past weekend.  What a game!  I am very proud to be a Vol.  We had a wonderful weekend even though we had a heartbreaking loss to GA.  Grammy and Poppy came to watch the boys, so Adam and I hit the road baby free Friday night.  :)  I was so excited to see my sissy and my 7 month old niece Olivia!  I cannot express how much I love this little one.  She is precious, and I love her as if she were my own.  I was so happy to get to spend a little time with her.

Nothing beats a Saturday game day in Knoxville.  Of course I had to kick off the day right by getting a workout in.  At least that gave me an excuse to eat and drink what I wanted, right? ;)  So glad I was able to make BodyPump down at Court South. What a beautiful day for tailgating even though it was a little warm.  Long story short, we didn't make it in to the game because we never caught up with the guy who was going to sell us tickets.  Boo!  I was honestly fine with that because I was ready to sit down in the air conditioning, have a nice cold beverage and be served after walking around trying to find the guy for over an hour.  Yes I know, I'm old!  We ended up going to Tin Roof with my sis and my brother in law.  I don't get to see them enough, so it was great to catch up.  Even thought I missed the boys, it was a wonderful weekend and very nice to have a little break from being Mommy.

My beautiful Sissy!

Rocking my orange and white chevron.
Unfortunately it was too warm to bring out the cowboy boots.

Happy Monday y'all!
